My favorite food Is mashed potatoes with fish make whith butter  Because Is delicious and it's so easy to do.  First i put potatoes peeled in a cooking pot with hot water.    I add a little bit of salt and wait about twenty minutes or until the potatoes are soft  While the potatoes are cooking, I put butter in a skillet over medium heat and when it is hot I add a fish fillet, I prefer to use pippin and I wait it gets ready on one side, I add oregano salt and a little pepper and I do the same with the other side.  Then I let the fish rest on an absorbent towel to remove the excess butter and finish mashed potatoes. I strain the potatoes immediately after turning off the heat, return them to the pot and add butter and a little milk to make it creamy, grind them and mix well And serve and enjoy

 My favorite piece of technology is the smarthphones for many reasons.  I got my first smarthphone not so much time, i think that for about five or six years ago.  And the reason for got one is because of the many functions they have. I like being able to make calls, send messages, search the net and even watch classes. Smarthphone are very functional and make life bit easier.  Due to its many functions, I occupy it all day, not at all times, but I always have my smartphone close to me. I think that if the smartphones did not exist we would live in a reality far removed from technology and perhaps they would not be necessary, but if they disappeared at this time it would be very difficult to replace with another object that fulfills the same functions.
